The new name for the multi-purpose area in the Okefenokee Heritage Center was incomplete in the cutline for the photo that appeared in the March 4 edition of the Waycross Journal-Herald.
The space was dedicated the “Willie R. Character Entertainment Venue” during a reception for artists who participated in the OHC’s Black History Month Art Exhibition. OHC Executive Director Carla Garrett
