Remnant Church has block parties Remnant Church will stage a Block Party from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at three locations — Monroe Park, Goodwill and Mary Street Park.

There will be music, food, bounce houses, face painting, games, community resource tables, as well as praise and prayer at the parks. There will be no activities for children at Goodwill.

Behold the Lamb slated March 27-29 Behold the Lamb Passion Play will be staged Friday-Sunday, March 2729 at Manor Community Center, 4650 Manor-Millwood Road South.

Featuring a cast of 80, the production’s performances are 7 p.m. March 27, and 3 p.m. the following days. There is no admission charged, but a love offering will be collected.

Waycross Aglow meets Saturday Waycross Aglow Lighthouse welcomes Hope Martin as guest speaker at its next monthly meeting at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 14, at Our Beloved Church, 1700 Osceola Avenue.

Martin, a praise team member at Abundant Life Christian Center in Blackshear, will share how God has touched her life, especially during the last year. God has definitely been “on the move,” in her life, she said.

It’s a story of miraculous healings, answered prayers and ways the power of God has manifested His perfect will in her life, she added.

Martin has walked with Jesus for 50-plus years as He has been faithfully teaching her how to “walk His walk and talk His talk” “It hasn’t always been easy, but definitely worth it,” she said.

Greater St. Paul honors Jackson Greater St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 1110 Pittman Street, celebrates the third anniversary of Pastor Darren B. Jackson with special services next week.

Worship programs will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday, March 17-19, and 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Sunday, March 22.

Guest pastors and their churches participating in the weekday services will be the Rev. Clarence Adamson (New White Hall), the Reve Rheunette Haire (Mt. Zion A.M.E.), and the Rev. Dr. Terrence Lattimore (Judah Worship Center).

Directing Sunday’s services will be the Rev. Gerald Robinson (St. John Baptist) at 11 a.m. and the Rev. Tony Jackson (Magnolia Baptist, Hahira, Ga.) at 3 p.m.

First Nazarene has revival March 15-17 First Church of the Nazarene, 2505 Alice Street will hold a revival Sunday-Tuesday, March 15-17.

There will be two services Sunday, at 11 a.m. followed by dinner and 5 p.m. with a meal of leftovers to follow. Programs Monday-Tuesday will be at 6 p.m. with evangelist LaMorris Crawford leading the services.

Crawford is the team chaplain for the Carolina Panthers after previously in that capacity for the Cincinnati Bengals.
