Waycross Area Community Theatre has announced the production of their spring musical, “The Wizard of Oz” on March 12, 13, 14,19, 20, 21 at 7:30 pm nightly with matinee performances on March 15 and 22 at 2:30 pm at the historic Ritz Theatre in downtown Waycross.
The show features a large cast including Taylin Odom, Britany Kersey, Kyle Strickland, Calleigh Crews, Taylor Hereford, Zacch Lyons, Vicki Kuhbander, Jay Butler, Angie Helms, Preslie Aldridge, Payton Alvarez Raylee Alvarez, Lucian Arreaga, Alary Bedford, Adley Bennett, Jolene Bennett, Khloe Boyett, Libby Carrin, Aliya Courson, Aryana Courson, Asher Josiah Courson, Kyra Courson, Tara Cox, Kaelah Diaz, Nathan English, A’Mauri Fullwood, Abby Godwin, Micah Helms, Noah Helms, Megan Hendley, Bella Highsmith, AJ Holwick, Ellie Holwick, Darrell Johnson, Kasie Jones, Jamee Joyce, Michael Kersey, Chloe Landrum, Bethany Mercer, Adam Mock, Caitlyn Mock, Bradley Morris, Emma Morris, Emma Paul, Debbie Ratliff, Jae Rogers-Undercuffer. Ellie Jo Rowell, Emmie June Rowell, Mataeo Staten, Natalee Strickland, Toto, Gabrielle Walker and Bella Winder.
“The Wizard of Oz” is directed by Jenny Varnadore, assisted by Danny Godwin. Kathy Cox will be directing the orchestra. Stage crew includes Lily Lastinger, Emma Lastinger and Ryan Paul.
