McNease
WAYCROSS — Mr. James Robert “Robbie” McNease, Jr., 64, passed away suddenly Friday evening, February 20, 2026, at Memorial Satilla Health.
He was born November 16, 1961 in Waycross to the late James Robert McNease, Sr. and Velda Keen McNease. McNease graduated from Ware County High School in 1981, and he was a member of Jamestown Baptist Church. He retired from Swisher International as a mechanic after 42 years of service.
McNease enjoyed watching dirt track racing and babysitting his “grandbabies” who were the joy of his life. He was very protective of his family, and he loved all of them deeply.
Survivors include his wife, HtangSan Zatau McNease of Waycross; his sisters, Keena White (Timmy) and Deena Boyd (Layton); nieces, Brooke Rewis (Kyle) and Aaron Lindsey (Matt); nephew, Justen White (Sydnie); great nieces and nephews (grandbabies), Kenadee, Layton, Brayton, Jay, Memphis, Laiklyn and Jones; uncles, Warren McNease (Diane) and Lonnie Dees; and numerous cousins.
A funeral service was held February 24 at Jamestown Baptist Church. Burial followed in Kettle Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Jamestown Baptist Church.
