• Dustin Eric Williams, 44, and Marylynn Kaitlynn Ferrell, 28, were arrested Monday, January 19. Williams was charged with felony - aggravated assault, possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor - Possession of drug related objects, obstruction of law enforcement off icer, giving false name to law enforcement officer and cruelty to children third degree.
Ferrell was charged with hindering apprehension or punishment of criminal, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor - possession of drug related objects.
Deputy Judah Hodges responded to an area in Pierce County. After initial contact, the case was turned over to Aggressive Crime Enforcement (ACE) Unit for further investigation. Investigator Wayne Mercer, along with Investigator Bryce Edwards, Deputy Landry Lloyd, Deputy Jacob Holmes, Deputy Travis Courson and Deputy Justin Cambre helped gather evidence and as a result, Williams and Ferrell were arrested.
• Peggy Sarah O’Neal, 35, was arrested Mond ay, January 26, and charged with felony identity fraud theft, misdemeanor - failure to appear for fingerprintable charge and additional charge while in custody was misdemeanor - probation violation.
Deputy Chris Harris responded to a residence in Pierce County. After initial contact, the case was turned over to Aggressive Crime Enforcement (ACE) Unit for further investigation. Upon further investigation and evidence obtained, Investigator Greg Nettles requested a search warrant. Investigator Nettles, Investigator Wayne Mercer, and Investigator Bryce Edwards executed the search warrant and that resulted in O’Neal’s arrest.
• Steven Joshua Tippins, 45, was arrested Monday, February 2, and charged with felony forgery in 4th degree and misdemeanor theft by taking.
Deputy Jacob Holmes responded to a residence in Pierce County. After initial contact, the case was turned over to ACE Unit for further investigation. Investigator Greg Nettles, obtained evidence and Investigator Nettles, Deputy Blaine Mercer and Deputy Chris Harris arrested and charged Tippins in the case.
• Tyler DeWayne Durr, 28, was arrested Saturday, February 7, and charged with felony - serious injury by vehicle and misdemeanor - DUI (driving under the influence of alcohol) and reckless driving.
Deputy Hunter Griffin and Deputy Chris Harris responded to an area in Pierce County that led to Durr’s arrest.
• James Edward Hampton, 59, was arrested Saturday, Feb. 7, and charged with felony burning of woodlands - first degree.
Deputy Travis Courson and Deputy Judah Hodges responded to a residence in Pierce County that led to Hampton’s arrest.
• Jacob Lee Morgan, 27, and Darius Jondi Edwards, 46, were arrested Tuesday, February 10. Morgan was charged with felony - forgery - 1st degree (three counts). Edwards was charged with felony forgery - 1st degree party to crime (three counts).
ACE Unit Lt. Jacob Winters responded to an area in Pierce County. Morgan and Edwards were arrested following an investigation.
