Williams to address Aglow Saturday

Carolyln Williams will be the guest speaker for the Aglow Lighthouse meeting Saturday, February 14.

The event will begin at 10 a.m. and will be held in the sanctuary of Our Beloved Church, 1700 Osceola Avenue, Waycross. Williams currently serves as President of Georgia State Aglow. She is also actively involved in First Love Ministries International, the World Congress of Women and Men of Prayer and America’s National Prayer Committee. She is honored and humbled to intercede for the nation across multiple streams within the body of Christ. Additionally, she is in the grassroots stage of launching Love Your Neighbor, a movement focused on transforming communities through love, prayer and friendship evangelism.

Williams has a deep desire to see people grow in their journey with Jesus Christ. As a natural cheerleader and encourager, she is passionate about teaching others to practice the presence of God, to hear His voice, and to abide in the secret place.

Williams grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and moved to Atlanta in 2004. She is married to Jim, who is a Principal Firmware Developer and also serves in Aglow as a Men of Issachar Coordinator. They have been married for 23 years, have five married children and nine grandchildren.

“We invite all in this area who have been touched by Aglow International Ministry which is still going strong in 170 countries worldwide or would like to know more about this God ordained outreach. You will be blessed,” said local Aglow president Rosalind Eskew.
