Memorial Satilla Health will host bi-monthly maternity classes and monthly tours of the third floor Birthing Center for those with babies on the way this year.
Tours and classes will be held 5-7 pm in the Birthing Center conference room, 1900 Tebeau Street in Waycross. Register today at memorialsatillahealth. com/calendar.
Classes are scheduled to take place March 23, May 18, July 20, September 21 and November 16. Class topics will include breastfeeding, Cesarean sections (C-sections), diet and exercise, preparing for labor and delivery, relaxation techniques and vaginal deliveries.
Tours are set for March 6, April 7, May 6, June 11, July 10, August 9, September 6, October 12, November 10 and December 11.
