The Exchange Club of Blackshear selected Chloe Lynn, daughter of Jared and Kaitlyn Lynn and Cara Bennett-Miller, as the November Student of the Month for Pierce County High School. C. Lynn maintains all A’s, is a member of BETA and FBLA and serves as President of Family Community and Careers Leaders of America (FCCLA). Lynn also excels athletically as a three-time state golf champion as a Pierce County Bear. Lynn works at her family’s boutique, Kattywampus, after school and on the weekends. After graduation Lynn plans to attend the University of Georgia, where she aspires to become a financial advisor, assisting individuals in managing their financial resources to achieve long-term success. Lynn chose Diane Griffis to attend the meeting with her. Lynn spoke highly of Griffis saying, “My favorite part of the day is going into her classroom. She cares about her students and is an excellent teacher.” Griffis described Lynn as kind, hardworking and a pleasure to be around. Lynn is an exceptional role model and great student. Lynn is extra special to Griffis, who is her aunt. Lynn thanked the club for the opportunity to speak to them and received the Exchange Club’s congratulations for her accomplishments and good example of leadership and hard work.
