Seth Walter Proctor

Seth Walter Proctor, age 21, of Blackshear, passed away Saturday, February, 13, 2021, in Rockford, Illinois.  

Born April 28, 1999 in Brunswick, he was a son of William Ashley Proctor and Elizabeth Ann Corbitt Sauls. He grew up in Brunswick and in Wyoming but had lived the past couple of years in Blackshear. He was employed with Payne’s Group.

Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Lonnie Gene “Yeller” Corbitt; a great-grandfather, Lee Davis and great -grandparents, Ward and Dorothy Proctor.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Ann and Randy Sauls, Blackshear; father, Ashley Proctor, Brunswick; three brothers, his twin, Ryhan Proctor of Wyoming, Christian Proctor, Brunswick and Aiden Hurles, Blackshear; two sisters, LeAnn Sauls and Linsey Sauls, both of Blackshear; grandparents, Vickie Hendrix, Nahunta, Jerry and JoAnne Miller, Brunswick and Robert and Louise Sauls, Blackshear; great-grandmother, Betty Davis, Atkinson and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.

Visitation will take place from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 25,  from the chapel of Hart Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Carter officiating.

Interment will follow in Smyrna Cemetery near Lulaton in Brantley County.
