Kenneth Larry Carter, 65, of Blackshear, passed away Tuesday afternoon , July 7, 2020, at Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, following an extended illness.

Born November 11, 1954 in Bristol, he was a son of the late Kenneth “Kenny” Carter and Darceil White Sapp. He lived all of his life in Pierce County and Appling County where he was a farmer. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Randy Carter.

Survivors include his son, Randall Carter, Blackshear; four brothers, Steve Carter (wife Nancy), Scuffletown, Wallace Carter, Blackshear, Roger Carter, Waycross and Joseph Adkison, Dallas, TX and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
