Guy G. Still, 68, of Brunswick, departed this life Sunday, April 4, 2021, at St. Joseph Candler Hospital in Savannah.  

He was born October 1, 1952 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late Guy “Bud” and Ruby G. Still.

He was a loving father and will be terribly missed. He was an active member of his church and taught the associates program at Bible Baptist Institute. He was a respected principal and coach at Brunswick Christian Academy and treasured friend of many.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years, Kathy McDuffie Still and a daughter, Leah Joy Still.

Survivors include his children: Nicole Fulford, Waycross, Benjamin D. Still, Alpharetta, Sarah E. Taylor (Phil), Batavia, OH, Erin R. Mixon (David), Hannah S. Ragsdale (Cody), Caleb M. Still (Haylie), all of Brunswick, and Micah J. Still (Charity), Lenoir, NC; grandchildren Amber Elias, Ashli Shannon, Nicolas Fulford, Clay Still, Rory Still, Hudson Taylor, Hope Walker, Isaac Walker, Liam Mixon, Chloe Mixon, Paisley Ragsdale and Teagan Ragsdale; great-grandchild, Jailynn Elias and brother, Greg Still (Terri), Waycross.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 8, at Bible Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 9, from Bible Baptist Church with Dr. Mike Landrum and Dr. Lloyd Stembridge officiating.

Interment will follow in the Sardis Cemetery in Charlton County.

Mike Barrett, David Mixon, Cody Ragsdale, Jeff Miller, Derek Chastain and Stacy Sullens will serve as pallbearers. 

Honorary pallbearers will be Brunswick Christian Academy Faculty and Students.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Bible Baptist Missions Fund or Brunswick Christian Academy’s General Fund.
