Gloria Jean Boyles Harnack

Gloria Jean Boyles Harnack, 77, of Blackshear, passed away Saturday, April 6, 2019, at her residence, following a lengthy illness.

Born in Waycross, March 13, 1942, she had lived in Waycross and Blackshear most of her life. She was a former cook for Burger King in Blackshear and was known as NASCAR Mema because of her love of the sport. She was also known as Mrs. Gloria and Glo Bug. She was a very hard worker who loved to help others and will be remembered as a loving and faithful friend. She attended Journey Church.

She was a daughter of the late Lewis Vernon andCora Grace Moore Boyles.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harry Brendon Harnack; a son-in-law, Jimmy Combee; a brother, Julian Lewis Boyles and a special friend, Gladys Virginia Register.

Survivors include her daughter, Tina Grace Combee, Sorrento, FL; three sons, Ricky Roy (Donna) Jordan, Eustis, FL. Tony Lewis Jordan, Blackshear, and David Marion (Marla Kay) Jordan, Lady Lake, FL; two step-sons, Danny Harnack and Bryan Harnack, both of Michigan; a sister, Juanita Bryson, Waycross; a sister-in-law, Jimmie Jean Boyles, Atala, AL; 13 grandchildren, Jerrod Jordan, Stephanie Jordan, Misty Jordan, Candice Marie Jordan (Joby Mitchell), Sarah (Cody) Barr, Caity Dawn (Nick) Henderson, Mackenzie Jordan, Amie Combee, Laura Combee, Samantha Combee, Brandon Combee, Stephanie Kent and Kaylee Williams; 29 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

The family will have a memorial service at a later date.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
