Gennifer Rose Sapp

Gennifer Rose Sapp, 51, of Blackshear, passed away Monday, September 6, 2021, at Memorial Satilla Health in Waycross.

Born in Alma September 19, 1969, she had lived in Pierce County all of her life. She had worked on farms throughout her life. She was loud, funny and in charge and so loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She also loved her Paparazzi jewelry, fishing, shopping and TikTok. She enjoyed a good cup of coffee and blueberry bites and had a fondness for roses.  She was of the Baptist faith.

She was a daughter of the late James Claude Jr. and Agnes Kersey Sapp.

Survivors include her two daughters, Bobbie Sapp (Devin Howell) and Becky Clark (fiance’, Brock Peacock), all of Blackshear; two sisters, Pam Dixon and Tammy Crawford both of Blackshear; two brothers, Kenneth Sapp Sr. (April Altman) and Timmy (Angie) Sapp, all of Blackshear; five grandchildren, Alylssa Juarez, Abby Juarez, Brayden Peacock, Taylan Peacock and Baylee Peacock, all of Blackshear; a special aunt, Eleanor (Bill) Monk, Blackshear; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 10, from the Pearson-Dial Chapel.

Interment will be in the Bristol Cemetery.

Due to COVID-19, social distancing guidelines as well as the use of facemasks is strongly encouraged.
