David Walter Voss

David Walter Voss, 24, of Brantley County, passed away Sunday morning, July 25, 2021, in Pierce County.

Born in Waycross, GA on July 6, 1997, he had lived in Brantley County most of his life. He was a 2015 graduate of Brantley County High School. He will be remembered for the contagious smile that he always had and for his love of spending time with family and friends.

He was a proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents, David and Janice Hudson and his maternal grandfather, Wayne Sherman.  

Survivors include his parents, Walter (Regina) Voss, Nahunta and Marie Sherman, Jacksonville FL; three sisters, Cheyenne Voss, Alma, Zoey Harris, Jacksonville, and Abigail Voss, Alma; one brother, Mason Voss (Erika Bischert), Hoboken; his maternal grandmothers, Lorraine Joyner, Jamestown, and Linda Byrd, Hoboken; his maternal grandfather, Walter Byrd Jr., Nahunta and several aunts, uncles and numerous other relatives.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 29, from the High Bluff Cemetery in Brantley County.
