Charles Leroy ‘Roy’ Beckham

Charles Leroy “Roy” Beckham, 62, of Waynesville, passed away suddenly Monday, July 19, 2021, at his residence.

Born in Brunswick, his parents are Wylene Ammons Beckham Corwin and the late Earl Beckham Sr.

He enjoyed fishing and the outdoors. He worked many years as a tree surgeon for Lock Farms and Most Wanted Tree Service.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Wylene and Stanley Corwin; three siblings and their spouses, Earl R. Beckham Jr. (Tammy) and family, Brenda Beckham Bunkley (Timmy) and family and William Beckham (April) and family; his step-brother and sister-in-law, Mark Corwin (Renee) and family; his step-sister, Janie Corwin and family and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, July 23, from the High Bluff Cemetery in Brantley County with Elder Jason Deal officiating.
