Charles Albert Fulgham, 76, of Waycross, passed away early Saturday morning, November 30, 2019, at Harborview Satilla in Waycross, following an extended illness.

Born August 1, 1943 in Homerville, he was a son of the late Albert Milton and Era Belle Cason Fulgham. He grew up in Fernandina Beach, FL, and had lived in Waycross and Jacksonville for many years. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army and was retired as a tour bus driver.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Debbie Fulgham; a son, Michael Fulgham and two sisters, Rebecca Johnson and Linda Hickox.

Survivors include his son, Kevin Fulgham (Cindy), Waycross; two daughters, Melissa Lingenfelter, Plano, TX and Lee Ann Lawrence of Hawaii; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Hillary Fulgham of Hawaii and several other relatives.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
