Brittny Gordon

Brittny Gordon, 31, of Waycross, passed away Friday night, January 8, 2021, at UF Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL.

Born January 26, 1989 in Waycross, she was a daughter of Sam Gordon and Jennifer Rachelle Jeffers Gordon. She lived all of her life in Waycross and was a full-time mother to her precious, Makenna.  She had attended New Life Assembly of God.

She was preceded in death by her papa, Jimmy Jeffers; her mema, Dorothy May Harris; her grandfather, Madison Gordon Sr.; and great-grandfather, William Henry “Rock” Jeffers.  

Survivors include her daughter, Makenna Gordon, Waycross; her mother, Jennifer Gordon (Randy Clotfelter), Waycross; her sister and best friend, Brooke Gordon Lupinek (husband John), Valdosta; sister, Sarah Gordon, Waycross; her special companion, Bridgette Robichaud and daughter Kila; her father, Sam Gordon (wife Rebecca), Waycross;  her other siblings, Kaitlyn Griffin, Luke Waters and Molly Gordon, all of Waycross; her grandmother, Liz Jeffers, Patterson; aunts and uncles, Jessyka Scurry and children, Gracie, Jenna, and Rock, all of Waycross, Paula Padgett, Blackshear, David Hall (wife Launa), Waycross and Madison Gordon (wife Debra), Blackshear and several cousins and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 13, from the New Life Assembly of God.

Interment will follow in the Oakland Cemetery in Waycross.
