Good luck, Elise!

Elise Winn was the special guest for a parade in her honor Friday afternoon at her home in the Tanglewood Community.

Winn was set to undergo a cochlear implant surgery Monday, Sept. 14, at Children’s Health Care in Atlanta.
Winn is a big fan of fire trucks and Pierce County Volunteer Fire Department and Blackshear Volunteer Fire Department along with family, church family, neighbors and friends staged a parade through her neighborhood last Friday afternoon, September 11.
Winn is a frequent visitor at Harborview Pierce County volunteering to visit residents there both before and with the social distancing visitation caused by COVID-19.
Winn, her parents, Jarvis and Crystal Winn and her sister, Brooklyn Winn, stood beside the road as a steady caravan of cars and trucks and fire and police vehicles traveled by holding signs and balloons blowing bubbles and running sirens.
